Villa Canopy sits in a quiet residential estate. Out of respect for our neighbours, we host events on these terms:
- Up to 40 guests for the event
- Up to 10 overnight guests, in the 5 suites
- No outdoor music or noise after 10 pm
Perfect for lunches, cocktails and dinners. Not suited to late-night dance parties.

Hosting an event at Villa Canopy
How many people can you host?
Up to 40 guests for the event itself, and 10 people staying overnight across the villa's 5 suites.
How late can we make noise?
Outdoor music and noise are fine until 10 pm. After that, the evening can carry on quietly. The villa is ideal for lunches, cocktails and dinners, not for late-night dance parties.
Do we have to rent the villa for a full week?
Events take place during a villa rental. The minimum stay depends on the season: tell us about your plans and we will suggest the right option.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes, you are free to hire the caterer or chef of your choice. The villa has a 35 m² kitchen and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Our concierge can recommend local suppliers.
Is the villa suitable for a company retreat?
Yes: fibre wifi and ethernet ports, an 80 m² living room to work in, 5 suites for a leadership team, 45 minutes from Toulon-Hyères airport and 15 minutes from Saint-Tropez.
